Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was comfortable place for exploring Otaru, thoroughly enjoyed it. Perfect for couples. Its staff was helpful & courteous.

The bed was great, staff was friendly. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Tabe-Dokor Aida, set within 5 minutes walk or so. We enjoyed our stay.
